1. We are in (potentially) the greatest gold bull market we will ever see.

2. Gold is at historically high price (nominally).

3. The company has spoent near on three yeasrs spruiking (hard to say developing) the gold assets.

4. Why sell now, if the gold projects have any merit? If not why was so much time and money wasted on them?

5. The Nickel asset should have been JVed years back - to look for a JV now - well as a sole asset, they now are a one trick pony....we know that so do others.

6. One trick ponies seldom have much bargaining leverage.
