No capital was planned to be raised with the TSX listing, which was supposed to be completed in August. Although a capital raising on the TSX post-listing was flagged towards the end of the year, in order to increase liquidity.
Maybe the CR has been pushed out to next year given the delays in listing? Or maybe they have changed tact and will raising money upon listing, who knows!
