You have all missed the point of my posts, yes Aytu maybe a better operator than Magna and yes it makes sense that the holder of the American market for Zolpimist to also have the deal with SUDA and should make it easier for SUDA as one would think that Aytu now holds all the data on Zolpimist.

But my point is the total distain the way SC treats the shareholders - he is willing to make statements to be included on the Aytu announcement but fails to see the need to keep shareholders updated on the operation of SUDA.

This to me is a failure in continious reporting obligations now others may not see it this way and that is their rights
