I am trying to get a good understanding of this deal, so looking for critique
Aytu have assumed Magnas property, in the form of the worldwide Zolpi rights. This gives them the Suda licence that Suda previously held with Magna under the original contract provisions.
If so Aytu now have the original licence for USA and Canada plus Sudas licence for the rest of the world, so now have the entire globe under licence.
Assumed is a bit of a vague statement by Aytu, was it purchased in which case the price would be interesting, but normally assumed would mean under the same conditions as original. As such the expense to Suda should not change.
However they would gain the advantages partnering with Aytu can bring to the party
