Just to confirm here, there is no new expense involved it's merely a handing over of the existing agreement from one party to another. I would much prefer it to be in AYTUs hands rather than Magna's too as I would imagine that through AYTU there is much more to gain from partnering with them. The other positive is AYTUs want to assume this licence.
