the proof reader is the person who looks after the R-Z list of Companies listed on ASX ( or wherever the Alphabetical range starts and ends, can't be carded looking it up ) not to date difficult to appraise considering that's there job and supposedly part of their Compliance and job description . Co Sec must be aware .. draft to Board, Bonner's to meet around boardroom,resolution by phone , send to ASX and Viola ... 1 c per share ... and maybe even more ....
