That's exactly what it is Bealo. It's not market sensitive for SUD because nothing changes for their zolpi rights. The original owner (Dad and Dave from Magna golf course fame) has sold IP to Aytu and all other marketing, distribution and supposedly manufacturing rights remain with SUD.

The change for SUD is that now a (seemingly) progressive US pharma will be pushing to make things happen for their own benefit, rather than Dad and Dave discussing zoli on the 19th hole every afternoon. I expect they made a few bucks from their initial investmet in zolpi when they bought it from NVDL by the way.
