Computershare is the usual nightmare experience for me!!

Enter HIN....which I did based on instruction inside '!' to right of box. Therefore enter 10 numbers to which it then won't let me go forward because it says has to be between 1-9 numbers. Made it 9 numbers by dropping off '0''s but still displaying error messages.

Have tried numerous times....no go.
Onto the phone which is another dilemna in itself..
