Surely a prudet management with combined decades of experience could foresee cash flow problems earlier than this.

So I ask why continue exploration and buy more land burning up precious cash until the company is in full production and building their balance sheet.
I would have thought that producing the product at a reasonable price would take precidence over all other activities until they could sustain such activities.

It seems the common business practise these days is to get into debt then dilute the share pool and then later on offer a 5 for 1 share reduction and then start all over again.
This seems to keep the shareholder broke and the management employed for longer until the company eventually exhausts its resourses.
