I went through their presentations from a year or so ago, where they were detailing all the savings that they would make using the capital raised, and applied those savings to the actual costs back then and couldn't get the costs below $25 to $28/oz. I did post the calcs, but nobody liked them even though they couldn't point out where they were wrong. I tried to discuss them with the company, but they wouldn't return my calls.

I really think $15 is pie in the sky, especially given the record of the mine and plant so far.
