Since August 2016 the Company went on and drilled over 2000 meters at San Jorge and published those results which are all available on the ASX, obtained an EIS, was granted development consent and most importantly was awarded a Mining Lease.
The PFS was retracted on the basis that Axiom did not have legal ownership of the Kolosori tenement at the time (Aug 16) but in May 2018 was re-awarded a Letter of Intent to go on and secure the Surface Access Agreements on the deposit. Considering they held the Prospecting Licence back in 2016 I reckon they will be successful in regaining that PL and go on and mine both the San Jorge and Kolosori deposits.
Important to note the ML is the very first lease ever granted on a nickel deposit in the history of the country. INCO failed, BHP failed, Xstrata (Glencore) failed, Kaiser failed, Sumitomo failed.
