If you are referring to the Google Earth image with dirt roads then take GoogleEarth's word for it:

1. open GoogleEarth
2. In the search box type "Solomon Islands San Jorge"
3. Zoom in on the south-east part of the island.
4. Move the cursor around using the mouse.
5. Note the date for the area with roads (I get 10 Sept 2017).
6. Note the date for the area to the south of the roads
which is presumed outside AVQ's tenement (I get 30 Sept 2016).

I think you will see what I see, although access to imagery varies.
