Whereas I am referring to the LOI related to the proposed prospecting licence which is where Axiom are at......yes they have the exclusive right to negotiate. But because as of right now Axiom have not announced any completion of a surface access agreement on Kolosori and hence the board according to the act may choose to extend the process at their whim. If they choose not to it would then make axioms application unsuccessful.
