Pretty simple really. Axiom need Kolosori. That is the maker. For all the puff about SJ, it is but the much smaller lower grade bridesmaid. Rerate would likely occur with an outcome on kolosori either way. If licence gets issued to Axiom for Kolosori..all the rampers proven right...or landowners don't sign surface access agreement and go with another party....all the down rampers proven right
