Just 170 days or so until first shipment (guaranteed by the company), so why is the SP performing so dismally?

BTW, please (when you report this post...as I’m sure you will), please understand that it is just factual and I genuienly thought the SP would be higher after this decision. Moreover, I am not saying anything IS wrong, just that I expected the SP to be way higher and cannot understand why the market has responded SO POORLY to this news....so please don’t take offence as none is intended.

I just wonder what will be needed to raise the SP from these almost historical lows if a ML has seen the SP drift backwards!?
