Yes - I'm in at $1.37..... I've met Eric, he's been around for a long long time in this industry - he knows a LOT of people and ARQ is his baby. He woudn't do anything to jeopardise the company. This transaction WILL go through and the price will be around the $1.60 level. There won't be any arguement IMO.
