    It's your decision of course but I won't be offering any of my 65,000 shares at 73c - the price I paid doesn't matter it's worth more.
    There are always risks but this price does not include the value of Waisitia or Ande Ande Lumat, so you are being very generous in passing all the upside to CERCG. Opportunities like these don't come every day but don't expect any thanks or a Christmas card - just a direct wealth transfer from you to them.
    They are incentivised to emphasise risks getting you scared, buying high and selling low.
    We are also in a prisoners dilemma because the offer is conditional on gaining 50% with no premium offered for control, either the offer disappears if less than 50% is taken up or it is won and the other shareholders are left as minorities.
    The reason CERCG mentions the improved reserves at Waisitia is that they are asking for undisclosed information about it and have left the door open for an improved offer based on this.
    In my view any such information should be released to CERCG and all other investors/potential bidders at the same time.
