it will all go to China.
I also reckon that bid of 73c is not final bid.
At least they will increase to at least 75c (or more), because they will want 100%, and they will only get that with Board recommendation. And that will cost them further.

China is struggling to wean itself off coal.
Reports this week that primary school students in the northern province of Hebei were having their classes outside in sub-zero temperatures, in a bid to soak up any warmth left in the sun, caused a public outcry on social media.
Their predicament came about because some schools had not switched over from coal to gas or electric heating in time for winter. This left them freezing as the Chinese government,
which is waging a "war on pollution", had banned the use of coal for heating across 28 northern cities. Some local governments enforced the ban with gusto, erecting banners warning that people who used or traded coal would be arrested and forcibly removing coal-fired boilers from houses.
However, reports of families and school classes without heating as winter set in, with some parents complaining their children were suffering from frostbite, forced the government to act and temporarily reverse its coal ban.
China's Ministry of Environment said those northern regions yet to convert to gas or electricity could burn coal for heating.
"Keeping people warm in winter should be the number one priority," the ministry said in a statement.
In a separate measure to address the crisis, the Commerce Ministry pledged on Thursday to relieve gas supply shortages by boosting imports. Prices have spiked in recent months as the rush of homes and businesses converted.
And so China's heating dilemma is providing an opportunity for gas exporting countries like Australia.
