    No nasties for property in the budget (actually commentary is that property is a winner). Management seem committed to turning this company around as they are major stakeholders. Like to see this back to it's 2010 high...

    I like the idea of reoccurring revenue from the Quest apartments agreement, that will smooth out the profit over the medium and long term. This becomes of a property trust play with construction projects like Mirvac.
