Yeah I agree, this is being held back by cynicism toward management/ownership stucture of years gone by, the foray into the UAE was particularly damaging.
It was a sloppy entry, a cheap shot for a big pay day and it back fired badly.
As I mentioned previously, it has been good to see the family grip on DGX lessen slightly, it's still firmly in the grasp of the Di Latte family however, it's starting to act like a listed company as opposed to the family company.
Personally, I think it's one of the best leverage plays on the current property boom on the market, it's stripped back it's focus to do what it does best in a market it knows.
At this price, I believe there is some further upside in the SP and ultimately the Market Cap, despite the ever present union threat, i's just got a few too many things going it's way to be ignored.
