It looks like the last sentance of the release is they are leaving the door open to a settlement, which if you were any of these 3 you would grab with open arms. My personal opinion is these guys don't fully realise how quickly this can be applied in Singers, once they do they will be begging Cosimo to settle for some equity, the power is now in his hands where it was in theirs.
