What I can see happening is that the price hangs around or above the 4c mark so that management can get the full 15mil if the subscription gets filled. After issue there will be the profit takers who will sell and I would imaging the price will drop back to the issue price. So if the vwap is 4 then the issue price will be 3.2. I would imagine some of Patterson's clients will sell their stock to make a quick 15-20% profit all the way back down to issue price. (This is what happenned last year when WKT did a raise with Patterson's using the same style raise). Price will recover in the months after the issued shares churn and news starts to flow. Somif your not participating and not planning to buy anymore stock then I suggest you turn your screen off for a month or so. All IMO
