Appreciate your comments Eric. I understand companies at some point need extra capitals to run the business. No exception to AVZ. What made me upset is the way this SPP is priced. Why not just announce a fixed price at the beginning? Even 5 cents (25%) discount to the then SP would have attracted the SH. This SPP only benefits to partied like Patterson, but significantly undermine the SH interests. I want to ask NF this big WHY but he's not available. If anyone has talked to him on this topic, please share the answer here. This is important for me, and believe for many other SH, to continue to trust the capabilities of this BOD.
