I can weigh in on this one. last time I spoke to ML was maybe last week or so. I haven't messaged him since as no reason to converse.
We'd usually chat once or twice a week about general market sentiment, global economy and touch a few stock specific points. It goes without saying that as always there's never anything price sensitive, it's usually just really informed conversation and market insights.
from a personal perspective last time I checked in Michael said he was doing great and was in Shanghai. He has also indicated that the break from Twitter has actually come as a pleasant experience as he was consistently trolled from various people. whilst I'd prefer he wasnt muzzled entirely, I think he's happy to work in the darkness for now and eventually let his work do the talking.
people can discredit his works but the lithium sector as a whole was smashed not just avz. there would be similar people embedded within other company performing the duties he does and for the most part all have succumb to the greater market sentiment, so I don't hold the current S/P against him at all.
quite confident that he and avz will deliver. it's more a case of securing the best outcome for avz. not just securing an outcome for the sake of it
