( including the other would-be mining companies in the SI granted LOI over past Sumitomo tenements , held also by Vale & others years ago - with enormous amounts of comprehensive historic drilling data . Provided on to new owners of tenements)
Other mining companies seeking PLs in Isabel province - have actually seen fit to use -specifically and importantly—

It is quite routine to simply ask for extensions of time from the Minerals Board / relevant Mines department .

This has been achieved along with futher exploration work - over the several tenements Axiom has regained in the last 12mths . Plus early camp developments Guadalcanal also .

The earlier San Jorge and Kolosori concerted drilling programme for year prior to JORC and PFS release by Axiom over the 2 Isabel tenements- encompassed also all drilling work until that time , from 6 years prior.
This was undertaken by an independent company also - the official Resource estimates . Fully compliant , of course - as should be for true feasibility and funding appraisals.
