He is also out of people to blame. There is no-one to blame for not having an SAA at Kolosori. SIG not involved, SMM not involved. There is no impediment whatsover except the glaring fact that the Landowners are not signing.

What is the excuse for needing another 3 month extension to convince landowners to sign? i thought they all loved RM and Axiom?
