AVQ where too from here

EGM and AGM coming up and where too for AVQ you ask?
In 2011 I posted here on HC that the court matter would not finalise until 2016 or '17 or even later. As predicted, it has played out.   
I said the final court outcome, after all appeal processes which would be tested, there would no be favourable outcome to AVQ. It has been devastating to SP and S'holders to say the least.
Said it would cost M's$ of valuable $$$ to defend the case that was un-winnable. So it has turned out.
Said the M's $ of exploration $$$ AVQ was spending on ground in Kolosori (Takarta) was ill-founded and foolish in light of land title tenure and ongoing litigation. It was worse than foolish, RM's leadership has been unqualified, illogical and self serving.
The Co has built roads, fishing resort, schools, football clubs and the list goes on and on may now include a a Mess Hall which like everything else AVQ has built will end up in the beneficiary hands of the locals.
On and on it goes with mindless commentary, with the sole purpose of propping/pumping a SP to the benefit of a select few. This has not changed over the total time of RM's reign (not Leadership) over AVQ.
Where too?
As i said back in 2011 perhaps a total wipeout of the Company sadly.
Remember that RM had it ratified by shareholders long ago, along with his exorbitant salary/super/ expenses package, that should he be asked to stand down he is entitled to a massive lump sum cash payout. So be wary of whats ahead as time in the SI is fast running out.
Fancy suing the customary landowners for recovery of funds invested on their lands. Shows RM has even less of an understanding of their culture. To recover those M's$$$ you would have to visit every urinal in every hotel and the Casino in Honiara and beyond.
Talk about severing any possible remaining chance of gaining the ongoing landowners respect and support. Gone!   
Was ridiculed back then by Harry, Bisemen and other "highly informed and educated" individuals for those postings. Sure you will come out of the woodwork again for this.
But how do you dispute the reality of the AVQ situation as it is today.
