    "RM has to earn his money and show everyone where the funds are going to come from to develop it and what the economics are like."

    Isn't one supposed to show where the funds will come from, and demonstrate the economics of the proposed mine before in order to be granted the mining licence?

    So what motivated the SIG to grant the ML?
