All true. I have seen plenty of mining companies cross all the boxes only for it turn out bad when they actually set up.
So I suppose what gives me comfort is the fact that so many companies have fought so hard to mine this area, Proof will be in the pudding but I suppose that is obvious. But love how they don;t have to spend a hundred million to have a go.
