Would be good to have a good mid sized Australian gold producer. Combined would have more clout , no doubt.

However, bid was cleverly lodged before FL really started to hit it's straps. The DIO we are looking at now is in a much better position than several months ago - last qtrly showed everything moving in the right direction , FL looks like on track for an upgrade.

Bid IMHO vastly undervalues DIO and I will await DIO's directors formal response.
