you would expect DIO to make a statement by cob today, wouldn't you ? Rather than recommending doing nothing whilst the dead line for the AVO offer is today.

If they were to do nothing today, that would imply going the RMS way.

And if this is the case, this would be a strange way to go about making this type of call.

Between the arrogance and childish behaviour of AVO, and the lack of urgency/professionalism of DIO, it is rather hard to make a call.
