I know a lot of people here have been complaining that the AVO management have been "opportunistic" as far as this takeover has been concerned but at the end of the day when you are a shareholder, management is effectively looking after your money. Opportunism to one person is simply delivering shareholder value to another. Also, one has to admit, their announcements have delivered a consistent message in a timely and professionally presented fashion. All signs of good management in my opinion.
