Arto, the issue is for those who are short term holders, if say RMS end up with just on 50% of DIO, that means an additional approx 90million RMS shares on issue. If 20% of those who accept are traders/short term holders, thats 18m shares in RMS that could come on the market. Thats a lot of stock overhang, that may well depress the RMS share price significantly.
Same is only partially true for AVO - it has institutional investors and a larger $ turnover each day than RMS.
Best outcome would be for a 3rd party to come in before next week - it isn't out of the question.
I'll be making my decision next Tues/Wed, not before.
