Butcherboy, RMS ran to 60 cents on the announcement before settling back, a little bit more than a blip.

The offer cannot be extended now as stated in previous post by willowpip.

As I recently said until RMS have everything in place DIO shareholders cannot accept it so in reality there is only one bid, AVO realise this and are basically saying take it or leave it as there isn't anything else but hope at this stage.

Will be interesting to see if RMS step up to the mark now because if they don't I think many shareholders will accept the AVO offer.
