Traders know this and their is nothing going to light up the SP near term - pending assay drill results are a given but the mines bill implementation could see a spike along with mou. So they can buy and sell on the minor news and make their half a cent.
Come the latter part of the year investors should start to see reward. Basically since the scoping study SVM has not been rewarded in SP gain on the many achievements made.

Many other hopefuls can't even get funded to do what SVM has achieved thus far and fully funded to complete BFS. by years end.
