Yep - also got in on this one due to AVM involvement. Bought @9.5 a few days ago and will hold for at least a year. With AVM and Mike on the board you have huge potential and experience to take this company the distance, but short term (as with AVM) you can expect hiccups - long term buy definitely, short term though it is at your own risk
