Offtake and/or finance would dramatically change sentiment.
I do note that 2.1 was reached after open. Thin volume above 2.0 with approx $15k traded.
Now it's been pushed back to 2.0c if a running commentary is needed.
You may well be correct with the price of vanadium going up, however, at the moment, the price is down and the trend is down.
