The lack of option conversion puts a solid roof on the price. This isn't going above 2.0c for a while.
If it does go above 2.0c, then yes, it's artificial manipulation and won't last long at those prices before falling fast. I'm keeping my powder dry in the current market. @Hokusai is correct, this is going to 1.0c or lower sooner rather than later.
