You are actually completely missing my point. I am pointing out the fact that they can't engage potential offtakers until their PFS was out .... which it now is. Vincent said it himself. It's common knowledge.

It's quite funny, you call out writers for contributing their arguments yet you tend to miss the facts in their pieces.
