The big danger here is that if they end up underwater then they decide to sell at 2c to get their money back. This likely ensures a ceiling on the share price of 2 cents.
If the market continues to melt down (Dow sank again big time last night) then it is possible that those who converted options will sell for a loss.
Well done to those who sold at higher prices (even at losses). The hardest thing to do in the market is to accept fault and crystallize a loss. But it is these people who will live to fight another day with lessons learned.
Besides rare daytrades, I still remain 100% in cash and will employ this 'war chest' for when markets bottom whether that be in 3 months or 3 years. As the saying goes "only fools rush in"

those in 5years term don't really care, more worried getting this AVL financed and off-takers.
Maybe the top 20 holders should all trade like you send this sp to 0.001 lowest.
In all honesty, I would be worried. You're hedging your position on an off take, which clearly isn't around the corner and we are in an economy which is evidently horrible. No update from management, the most we've heard is that NOW they can start discussing an offtake but also, no one will sneeze at it without an environmental approval confirmed - which isn't yet. So ask yourself, when will this even be negotiated?
Commodities are smashed across the board. Largo just announced they'll be upping production, but yes, there is still need for another producer. I am not ruling out $AVL, but the general approach "lets look at this in 5 years" is sort of idiotic. If there is no offtake here in the next 2-3 months prior to a DFS this will just slip further. Not to mention those options didn't get converted and majority are outstanding, which means they most likely will need a CR. At the levels a CR will destroy the MC further, combined with a poor economy, combined with no offtake etc etc. This play is completely speculative, which it always has been. I was quite bullish on $AVL, and to some extent I still have hope given the potential profitability here based on that PFS, but .... it's all a huge IF and unfortunately it would appear that there is more staked again $AVL atm than for it. Maybe this will turn, but like most things, unless the market has some confirmation off an upside here, it's a very long hold. If you got capital to remain, go for it. But don't try and beat around the bush here for other holders. I am cutting through the bullsh*t. ALL IMO ETC ETC.
