Although you can scream manipulation certainly the slow methodical cadence on Vince and the team leaves us somewhat vulnerable to drifts downward in between news. There may be a feeling that they are too slow to capture the best of the sentiment for vanadium prices. Interesting, because I would think that as vanadium battery technology advances this can only apply more pressure to vanadium prices and the spring off the bottom will very strong.
