Markets move on sentiment which is heavily influenced by the global rollercoaster.

It's good you're not thinking like the herd which is emotionally attached to it's investments.

When markets are in a bad way it is risky assets that the big money dumps first. And yes AVL fits into that category. I warned of this a couple of months ago. So by not thinking like the herd you can a chance of being in the 5 to 10% of people in the market who make money and KEEP their money.

This is an important point because many who make money in a bull market end up giving it all back because they have convinced themselves that they are great investors when the truth is that they were lucky to have invested in good times. So when times are bad they hold onto stocks like AVL and suffer catastrophic losses which mathematically are highly unlikely to recover from.
