With management not pulling rabbits from hats and the price catalyst PFS being released right next to the option expiration date, you'd need either big balls or not so secret inside knowledge to convert. The market price action is indicating that there is no inside knowledge and no one has the balls to convert.
With the oppies falling faster than the heads it makes no sense to convert and the cycle feeds back on itself viciously. It doesn't matter if this stock has a great deposit, the reality is that the options market is doing its thing.
Totally irrational considering the quality of the deposit. It'll be a great time to buy in January though.
