I know how it works. My point was saying that people are sitting on 50% profit at 3c is incorrect given most of them would have been traded and paid for at some point. What it costs you is the total of purchase price + 2c conversion. If that is more than 3c and you sell as soon as converted you're making a loss, not 50% profit.
And not everyone that owns options owns heads.
