Absolutely agree with you here @jskf, the market needs to see that all the hype is real in the form of a binding agreement. This is the boost the vanadium sector needs to get us back on track. No point having prices up by 600% if it isn't going to lead to extra supply...
Patience is absolutely key here, IMO. (Option conversion and delayed PFS release also not helping the cause)
