I don't like it either but i think the option conversion and the general downward sentiment for the whole market, regardless of how good the long term is, means our price is going backwards.
I see the market manipulation thing being discussed on so many stocks on HC, that there must be some truth to that, but again enhanced by over all market sentiment and the story behind each stock helping the shorters.
10c maybe end March when full PFS is well and truly out and we get a nibble from a partner that is more than just an MOU.
I remember back in 2007/8 when every thing was going backwards - it appears we have similar sentiment on ASX now, although not quite as bad.
