My view on AVJ is that the current market conditions should...

    My view on AVJ is that the current market conditions should persist for at least 18 months. Have a friend in the industry who has backed up my overall assessment of the property development market. This could lead to significant dividend payouts to shareholders.
    My rationale is a s follows:

    Interim Dividend    1.0c Actual
    Final Dividend    3.0c  My Fcast based on prev years final dividends
    Total Dividend F15 4.0c

    Add Back Frank Credit  1.71428c

    Total Div Value    5.71428


    Therefore Div Yield = Total Div Value divided by current share price

    Equals 5.71428c divided by   65c SP = 8.8% DY

       5.71428c divided by   75c  SP   = 7.6% DY

    The above statistics demonstrate their is potential for significant value for shareholders in SMSF in retirement mode or TTR mode.
