I think your spot on. i brt a couple of months ago at 1.88. 2 weeks later it went down to 1.70 intraday!!. "bugger"!
Fundamentally I was still very happy with my reasonings though and I will continue to hold this stock. Looks like it's heading north again.
5.4% div yield and a P/E of 7 !!!. There not in the high risk areas of development as you mentioned.
Check out their wesite as well. I forget what it is but I was able to guess it easy enough.
"Knock down and build" business seems a safe bet with me. Doesn't have as much bearing on land values. Plus it's all the rage now. Especially with all these $500k+++ fibro's that all the young families have just brt.
