I can't answer all your questions. It appears that there may be something really big in the ground. They do not have the cash to fund the exploration of it therefore a resource partner is required. Based on what is could potentially be, there should be many players interested. This is only my opinion.

It is interesting to see the ops being bought up. It may be small cash but no-one likes to throw away money. I would welcome some more input from the regulars or anyone close to the company
