They fell to a fraction of a cent... they stopped falling because there was nowhere else to go. The consolidation achieves 2 things... it means they can issue more shares to raise cash (they have to soon) and it gives the shares more room to fall. In my experience consolidation can lead to further falls of up to 80%. Don't try to catch the falling knife.
